Things you should know
Notice should be given 24-hrs. prior to missing a scheduled appointment. we realize that this is not always possible, and do not charge for missed appointments with no notice. However, following three [3] missed appointments with no notice you will be required to pre-pay for the following appointment.
Time is important when planning a massage. At Wiregrass Massage & Bodywork we believe you should get what you pay for. We do not use a '50 minute hour' so common in this industry. If you buy a 60 minute massage here, you get 60 minutes of hands-on time, and so on for the other times available.
Your Appointment time belongs to you. If you arrive late, it is quite likely that you will not receive your full massage therapy session. The person with an appointment following yours is entitled to begin on time also.
Children are not allowed in the Massage Therapy room during your session. For this reason we really don't recommend that you bring little people along for your massage. If there is a responsible adult that will watch them in the waiting room, and you also have toys or whatever else might be necessary for their care and entertainment, then by all means they are welcome.
The Sauna is typically used in increments of 30 minutes, with more time being available upon request. First time users are allowed no more than 30 minutes in the sauna, with the temperature at a relatively low setting. Since you're going to be completely alone during your sauna session, it's important to ensure that you're physically able to endure the time and temperature that you select without any untoward consequences. After that first use both the time and the temperature can be increased if you wish.
Tipping is often a cause for concern among massage clients, and it needn't be. At Wiregrass Massage & Bodywork, tipping is never expected, requested or required.
Returned Checks incur an automatic $25.00 fee.
